RustStats.io is a statistics platform for Rust that provides detailed player stats, leaderboards, and additional information related to Steam profiles.
RustStats has evolved significantly since its initial release. What started as a simple tool for viewing player statistics has grown into a broader platform with more detailed data, rankings, profile insights, and other features for the Rust community.
RustStats.io provides free access to player statistics collected from supported sources, including historical data that may remain available even when a player's Steam profile is private. The platform features 39+ leaderboards, each ranking the top 100 players, based on data collected from over 1 million Rust players. RustStats also flags profiles with statistics or playtime that appear unusual or potentially manipulated, helping users better evaluate the data they see.
RustStats.io also provides selected developers with free access to its private API for third-party projects.
Who created RustStats.io and when?
RustStats.io was launched in mid-2024 following the shutdown of a major statistics service in the Rust community. The platform is developed by a small team, with development primarily led by bruteforce. What began as a hobby and a personal need for better progress tracking gradually grew into a much larger project. That same motivation continues to drive the development of RustStats.io, with new features, improvements, and projects planned for the future.
